Construction Permits & Contractor Lists
No construction is to be started until permit applications are approved. Chapter 100 Section 100.28 violations and penalties will be enforced.

A building construction permit application is required in the unincorporated areas of Monona County for any new construction, addition, or when moving a building onto your property. Monona County Flood Plain Permits are also REQUIRED for any construction in a food plain district. In some cases, permits from IDNR & Corps or Engineers are also required.
