Applicants must be able to learn and retain the numerous laws, regulations, and special procedures involved in driver’s licenses, commercial driver’s licenses, motor vehicle titles, vehicle registrations, and various official documents in an accurate and timely manner. Have the ability to collect the appropriate fees and process confidential information with tact and discretion.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in Windows based applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel; data entry; and operating office equipment; Must have experience with cash handling and balancing cash drawers. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and will need to become DOT certified with an FBI background check upon hire.
Enhanced skills desired, but not required, include advanced work experience or education in accounting including accounts receivable.
Some intermittent heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required.
40-hour work week, 10 paid holidays annually
